I can vouch for my intestines imploding!! In a week i can feel this shirt has gotten looser on me, so i have lost, but my diet right now is appalling. Its mainly rice, wine, ham and chocolate. No veg, barely any fruit and no exercise!

I hope this is gunna be worth it! Oh my god, we went into Luton yesterday, that is the worst place i have EVER been to in my life. Makes me gag thinking about it.

Anyway, hope you're all good. (i'm at home for a few hours getting fed!) See you soon!

I had my ATOS home visit from the doc today for the Disability Living Allowance and she was lovely, could not have been nicer, considerate, understanding, listened to my needs, let's hope I get the DLA but even if I don't I am overjoyed it was such a great meeting rather than all the horror stories I have been reading:D

Hey all i have done 1 hour 25 mins of exercise today. I do it mostly on the wii and walking. Quick question if anyone knows, i do the boxing every day on the wii(sometimes twice a day) and all of my arms are really starting to hurt. Do i stop and wait until they stop hurting before i carry on or do i just push past the pain and keep going? It must be my muscles starting to hurt i think.
Weigh in day tomorrow cant wait hope i get 3lbs.

  • Well, I have been eating a little bit more this week, eating strawberries/raspberries and double cream for pudding and have lost 2lbs! I really enjoy my lower carb eating! I eat such lovely food, nuts, fish, eggs, ham, cheese and cream and I am still losing weight. Big fat raspberries to DH trying to knock me off course!
