Re the keep fit side I am a competitive cyclist and also run so do that instead of the Rc fitness class!

I have a stinking cold today, have stuck to my diet but no exercise except a 3 mile walk into town, so at least I have done my 10, 000 steps! Does anyone here train when they are poorly?0

1HR 40 MINS TO ADD TODAY FOR EXERCISE.
Feeling quite good except for feeling a bit stressed, but havent done to bad on the food front, 2 weetabix for brekkie, chicken roll sandwich for lunch, mash chicken kiev and lots of peas for dinner and just had a banana as a snack.PAD Maker0 -
2 hours for me today(1 hour walk, 45 mins bike, 15 mins core)... and please fred put me down to 24h and not the double I was going to do...
No exercise over the weekend... I am busy with so many things atm(finding new job, new flat, selling old car, bying new car, etc) I can't manage to put as much time as I'd like into exercise... Sure I am lazy too but try to get done as much as possible...0 -
Oh well managed to go against my own advice and jumped on the treadmill after getting my little man off to bed, just did a 5k but it felt enough, only 26 mins all in all but better than nothing. Planning to go out on the bike while little man is at play school tomorrow.

Hi guys, I have been reading through your thread with great interest. Is it too late for me to join, I desperately need motivation to exercise! I joined SW 2 weeks ago weighing in at 15st 1lb and I have never before been this heavy. I lost 5.5lb last week, and hopefully more this week.
I know that if I don't do regular workouts my weight loss will only go so far.
If I can join can I aim for 12 hours, as its nearly half way through the month?

low GI good, low fat bad - depression, constipation and body cells cant repair
if your training at that level you shouldn't have much problem loosing weight with the right food0
