I switched from the fixed deal that ended on the 28th of February on that same day and i was told it would take 3 - 4weeks to show on my account, but would be backdated to the 1st March.
Still nothing showing online or any paperwork sent out.
Time to phone SP, starting to think i have been conned.

Switched yesterday and OES 13 already shows on my online account page.....

Yes checked earlier on today and again now, still no change, Online Standard (No Standing Charge)

Phoned on 12th March and was told I would be on OES13 from 1st April, and my account is showing that I am now on that tariff. If anyone's hasn't shown up yet I think I'd be on the phone to them asap.

I agree with Mannycal, you should ring them straight away, it looks as if they haven't put your request through properly.

seems I have been moved over to the saver 9 until 2012 despite opting out after the original email a few weeks ago. Going to have to ring because I want to switch and am worried i'll be charged
