Well.. I have BT vision (unable to get virgin or any cable provider and can't afford sky) I really like it and have never had any problems with it or the customer service.
We pay the subscription where we get free access to the box sets and some movies. This is not something sky offers.. it's like having your own movie library at home (albeit a bit old) and then all the TV series you can access too.
We can pay for box office type films if we want.
From the options we had I thought it was the best!0 -

Just had another look at the site why do BT make it so hard to find what should be the most basic of detail.
Looking at this http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/products/tv/tv-packages?packid=tvesntl-bb1-uewp
It states £4 p/m for first 6 months, cost breakdown reveals the same. No where can i find what it goes up to after 6 months! What they hiding?0 -

I'm glad you're a fan of your own provider, no one else seems to be...:Dyeah we have actually and it's not the same! Apparently that just gives you access to programs that are actually being shown on the TV anytime, vision gifts you entire series that could be anything and never shown on TV along with a whole load of films. Had a long conversation with sky about it!

I have BT vision and like it. Good for boxsets. plus footbal coming next year, had a few problems on occasions but no more than with sky. Customer services sorted them ok. Wouldnt give my money to sky again.0

I like them and chose to go with them as I previously had Sky at another address, and didnt like Sky`s prices or having a dish on the side of my (rented) flat.
I also love BT`s Option 3 unlimied broadband.0 -
Hi
Am thinking of switching from AOL to BT im interested in the package including Vision, could anyone tell me how the vision box is connected, does it come from the modem, I have my desktop upstairs. will that mean I will have to run the cable from the vision box upstairs to the modem?
Thanks0 -

A friend has it & BT used homeplugs to get the bband signal from the BT router to the TV,you'll still need an external areial tho.
BTW,my friend say's it's pants & is ditching it when the 12 months are up.0 -
