I lived in Kilmarnock and I had to do the same.
If you don't want to go into get the forms, you can fill them in and print them off online at the Scottish Courts website.
Try this link..

Near the bottom of the page, there are two types of forms. One for claims up to £750 and another for claims between £750 - £1500. (sheriff court).
Let me know if these are of use to you.
Good luck.Keep smiling...:rotfl::T0 -

This is the email i got from the court:
Im writing to inform you that we have received your summary cause summons and it is now processed in our system. It has been allocated a reference number (
) and has been given a hearing date of --/--/--.
Once you have received these papers back from ourselves which will be in the next few days,you then have to have to contact a Sheriff Officer to have these papers served on the defender.You must do this as soon as possible in order to have enough time to serve.Please telephone us after return date marked on the summons(--/--/--)in order to see if any response has been made.
I am unsure about the bit that i have to contact a Sheriff Officer i have never done this before I do hope somebody can help that has done this before and guide me on what to do. :eek: :wall:0 -
Have a wee read of this thread by users who are doing this through their local court rather than MCOL, it might help.
