Lloyds TSB sent my list of charges back very quickly but with a letter saying that if my current account is covered by scottish law that the timing of when I raise a claim may be important. they suggest that I seek independant advice on filing a claim now to protect my rights, in brackets, I will have to pay a court fee!, and that they may apply to the court to postpone proceedings until the conclusion of the banks proceedings with the OFT. What does this mean? Also I don't know if this applies to me as the branch my account is held at is in Scotland but I have been living in England and dealing with a branch here for 11 years? Should I go ahead with my claim?0

I'm with HBOS, and I'm slightly miffed at them.
I have an appointment today to see them, where I'm hoping to have my most recent charge dropped before it's taken out of my account. Over £60 for going overdrawn by about £15I am but a poor student, too. It's complicated and messy, so I may well be back here asking for advice soon!
