If you must know, I get meat from my local butcher, veg from the market at use my local Asian cornershop for packaged goods. If I can manage it, I fail to see how others cannot.
Because the rest of us have to balance time, we obviously don't have as much time as you do to tell everyone else how they should live!0 -

I am not "lecturing" you or anyone else.
Are you sure? But really, these are just excuses.
There is honestly never a reason to eat fast food, it's a complete waste of money anyway given the nutritional content is zero. It isn't filling you up, it is just going to leave you craving more.I will not apologise/You act as though you HAVE to eat fast food/when it is just as a result of your laziness that make you walk through their doors to empty your wallet.
Please think twice about what I'm saying and make a change for the better.
God knows what your definition of lecturing is then!0 -
I don't see what the advantage is of eating KFC over making your own. The food you make will be cheaper, healthier, easier and tastier. There is no reason at all to use the fast food restaurant, and they shall never disappear if people keep on using them "every now and then".
As for having "eaten at some of the best restaurants in the country". Frankly, saying something like that when you're also jumping to the defence of KFC is a lot like saying "it's alright being a !!!!!phile, because I work in a nursery".
Oh !!!!!! are you for real bring the word !!!!!phile into a stupid argument you are causing about chicken????????????????????? There are definately some wierdo's about on this forum. Anyway how do you have time judge people on here when you are sooooooooooo busy making your own food from scratch (joke btw incase you havent had time to hand make your sense of humour yet):cool:I love my New Year's day baby girl Olivia xx:happyhearxx0 -
I wouldnt have let the situation get as far as it has, i would have stopped going after first time it happened, why waste your time with kfc,0

I don't get these 'NEVER EAT FAST FOOD' people. There's nothing wrong with having one every now and again, I do find it quite pitiful that they feel the need to comment on other people's eating habits though.
I just tend to assume that they lack the self control to have something 'bad' every now and then.0 -
I'll eat what I want, when I want, how I want. And there's nothing that the "Food Police" or medical profession can do to stop me.
But, back on topic, I wouldn't go to the same place if they kept delivering poor service.0 -

I think what annoys me most is that his example doesn't work and shows a basic lack of education and understanding. The comparision of "its ok to eat at KFC because I also eat at some of the best restaurants in the world" doesn't have any relation at all to his "phile and nursary" comparision. If he wanted to go down this route a far more accurate example would be "its ok to be a !!!!phile as I also sleep with some of the most attractive women in the world".
Therefore in summing up, its quite obvious the man is an idiot and his opinion is worthless. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
