I worked in a bar at Manchester United's Old Trafford when I was 18 and I got a complaint from an old couple who counted the amount of prawns in their baguette and were narked off because they didn't have the same amount of prawns as each other. After apologising and offering a replacement they said 'no, we'll go somewhere else to eat' and walked off. I honestly couldn't believe how snooty they got over an uneven amount of prawns in a !!!!!!!' baguette.

I'd completely understand why complaints like that would get filtered tbh. I was told that people would do anything to get compensation from a big company, so they probably have to deal with 'petty' complaints a lot.

I was in a very nice pub when a quite posh old woman said she wanted some money back because she hadn't used the packet of butter that came with her meal.

The landlord gave her 2p.

And I think it is out of order that KFC are dropping 'finger lickin' good'! What a strapline!

How can you eat that muck, if you eat in such places you should expect terrible service, only vegetarians go to heaven.
You only have to observe the standard of clientele at these establishments to understand how they get away with their atrocious levels of customer service / hygiene.
Popeyes in the US is a proper a fried chicken establishment.

Kfc in ashington are bad they tend to overcharge and not give a receipt though they do usually give you what you ordered
