    Hi Keith
I would stick to your own timetable... ie if the time comes then press judgement... the bank might be hoping you are afraid to goto court... and you also have it in writing that they are going to pay you back which is good if it did go to court... they usually pay before the court date anyway.
when I got to the 28 day it took another four days before it would let me press judgement anyway... if they pay up after pressing it you can call mycol and cancel it... nationwide will still have to pay the court costs I think (if someone else can confirm that please)

you're in charge as it YOU that is bringing them to court - don't let them control you at this stage... that's what I would do anyway!
    good luck

ps: bank holidays always make things late as well.

  • Just to say after reading over my letter from Nationwide yesterday I decided to take the 2nd option and contact the FO and omg the women was very helpful - makes a change at call centres.

She is sending me out a complaints form from them and all I need to do is fill it in, enclose a cope of my letter to Nationwide and a cope of their letter to me and they will take it from there - hopefully
