Just had a letter from mco stating that nationwide are defending the claim and have 28 days from the 30th May. How many of you have had this letter and what usually happens?

    Thanx sonia

Called them...hilerious. Transferred to some girl who 'doesn't speak to customers', I said 'Well you are now!'

Called back again got through to a really polite girl, kept on hold for ages. She kept coming back asking if I had sent £10 and whether I had mentioned the data protection act...I did both. The promised the statements would be delivered monday or tuesday of next week....I won't hold my breath.

    Hi there

I just hope someone can clear up a few things for a confused person!

I entered my claim on MoneyClaim.gov.uk today, and I am okay with that part of it. What confuses me is what comes next.

I have read a lot of this thread and I dont get the dates and timings, and what pressing judgment means!

What do I do now, and what are the timings from my claim going through the court?
    Thank you so much

    Hi all

Has anyone used FOS to claim charges from Nationwide ? I have had the usual letters back stating they can't refund and its my fault etc .....

I'm just wondering if the process would be easier or quicker than using MCOL
