hi
who sorts out the court date,if it gos that far ?
im at the stage where they said they will defend in full
do i do anything more,or just wait
thks.
keith
You just wait, they may not even put in a defence, which if they don't you win by default. Hang tight, they have 13 days and counting to file a defence on my claim. Im starting to check my bank balance, just incase any mysterious deposits appear0 -

The courts will sort the court date out,i know also theres a back log off bank charges in all courts so if it does do that far you may have to wait a month or two before it goes to court ive been waiting nearly 2 mths now and the court date is in june.Good LuckWon 2010: Butlins 5 day Break and £250, 1 yr Virgin Active membership, Meal for 10 at Best Parties Ever, skyline 2011 dvd.

We have a joint account with Nationwide, and we have gone through the process as written on your website, we initially received a no reply then sent through the second letter and again they said no. Am a bit nervous about taking it to court, we were made bankrupt two years ago and not sure if this would affect our position, as we have the most basic bank account with Nationwide, and have been there since going bankrupt. Our charges are only four hundred pounds and not sure if its worth the hassle of court, or is there another way???0
