they will only deal with hardship cases ATM unless you are classed as a hardship case they have put a stop on all claims which arent untill the test case is over.

Hi i ment to say the bank we are claiming from is nationwide.
  • Hi All,
I would appreciate any help from you, I sent Nationwide a template letter ( 14th April )from the main site and a list list detailing all my charges from the last 6 years, at the end of the letter it stated " I look forward to your resonse within 14 days ". The trouble is they have not even acknowledged my letter. My question to all of you wonderfull people is what do I do next, Is there any templated letter for this situation?, Or has any one else had this problem?
    Thanks
    Sharron

Do you think you can actually impose this deadline on them? Your answer, please, by the end of today.
After the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier In that case for the government
    To dissolve the people
    And elect another?

It really depends whether you are going to take it further and take it to court. If you are then there should be another template letter that you send before starting court action.
You could always ring there customer service department to see what they say.
I claimed against Nationwide a year or more ago and i had to put in a court claim before they paid out.
I am unsure what the situation is now the test case is nearly over.

I have applied to my bank for a refund on charges using Martins letter. My Bank has refused as I have more income than outgoings. Is this fair? My bank charges are huge.
