Hi has anyone else got there court date like me and is nervous as hell ?
How long did you have to wait for the court date - ie when mycol ended etc.
It's been over a month for me so far... tried calling two different numbers but no answer from either!
Customer services told me that nothing would show on my account details in front of them and need to speak to a different department - hence ringing to other numbers!Light bulb moment April 07: [strike]£3,655 [/strike] Oct 07: [strike]£2,220[/strike] now 0 - 3 years of Uni debt to be added at a later datenow at Uni as a Mature student -update: now has a First Class BA!0 -

Crikey! 10 months!!!! I didn't think Nationwide were going to be as bad as Monument Credit Card! but it sounds like they are the same - big celebration then when they do pay up!
I'm only claiming a total of £340 from them... a little celebration for me!
good luck - hopefully they will pay up a week before the court date - that's what I've been hearing anyway.Light bulb moment April 07: [strike]£3,655 [/strike] Oct 07: [strike]£2,220[/strike] now 0 - 3 years of Uni debt to be added at a later datenow at Uni as a Mature student -update: now has a First Class BA!0 -

We have received a list of charges, which we can revlaim from our bank. Should they have sent actual copies of statements or is a list of charges from the last six years the standard. Its Nationwide, anyone shed any light.0

Hi, I found that LTSB sent me statements for one account but a list for the other one. It was a lot easier to use the list as I didn't have to trawl through the transactions.0

just finished typing letter and copying all my statements ready to take on Nationwide , one month they charged me £600 !!!! just for returning direct debits and standing orders . would like to know if anyone has challenged either Nationwide or Barclays
Hiya, first time user so be patient with me. I have sent letter to n/wide threatening them with court action. I am hoping they pay up but will go to court if I have to. If your scared of going to court then take a friend with you. You sit in a room with the judge and the other party it's all very relaxed, not like law courts.0 -
