i was under impression that if bank charges got as far as court that it would be in MY local county court which is only 10 miles away, not miles away in northampton. Does anyone know the reason for this
Northampton is the front of Mycol... you will at some point receive a 'notice of transfer' (I think that is what it's called!) where it gets transferred to a local court... everybody will have paperwork stated Northampton - I have two which have now transferred to south London - near where I live!

They are allowed 40 days to send them out to you.
If they do not send them by then, complain to the Information Commissioner and they will contact your bank for you and you WILL get the information within 2 week2
You can contact them on line and fill in the complaint form at:-
