I've got my first fobbing off letter this morning which i expected and have just posted my second threatning court action....
Ah well it'll sit nicely with my LloydsTSB claim which is currently going through the MCOL process...
I've also got a letter back from the Information Commissioner who say they will investigate with Nationwide why they breached the 40 day allowance for giving me my charges statement and why they lied to me about it as well.
Hopefully if i get my day in court all this will help prove how obstructive Nationwide have been.
Get these 2 sorted and i'll move on to my credit cards :rotfl:0 -
I got £200 partial refund from Nationwide nearly a month ago and recently sent back the form from the court to say it is only partial acceptance.
I've not heard anything else yet.. .the form had to be back with them by the 12th July. The first one never got there so I resent the form again and the royal mail site does show that it was delivered last week.
Has anyone else had to do this and how much longer did you have to wait until receiving the rest of the money? or the court date?
I check my bank now and then to see if it is showing but nothing in there today.
appreciate any comments.. thanksLight bulb moment April 07: [strike]£3,655 [/strike] Oct 07: [strike]£2,220[/strike] now 0 - 3 years of Uni debt to be added at a later datenow at Uni as a Mature student -update: now has a First Class BA!0 -

I've never heard that they pay out unless you go via the court route... I got half back just before court action which I took as a partial payment... I'm waiting for a court date now.
If they paid out to everyone who just wrote a letter it would cost them more so they only want to pay people who are prepared to go the whole hog!Light bulb moment April 07: [strike]£3,655 [/strike] Oct 07: [strike]£2,220[/strike] now 0 - 3 years of Uni debt to be added at a later datenow at Uni as a Mature student -update: now has a First Class BA!0 -

I only got a partial refund before the mycol 28 days were up!
I've sent a form to the court to say that I'm only accepting this as a partial payment but continuing with the court claim... I'm waiting for the court date now.... I guess they are paying some people before the mycol ends and some not??? I'm only asking for £380 including interest!
Someone else got £9000 back from RBS after one letter!!! I've sent 3 and now have to start mycol proceedings!!
