Can someone advise me!
My case is in the hands of the district judge. But it said on the court papers he was be advised to despense of the AQ.
I have had barclays defense.
Very long and from what i can gather it is the standard defense.
I'm just not sure what happens now?
I only set barclays the standard templated letters from this site and also from the interest calculator!
What action could the judge possibly take?
what do i do now?
do i need to send anybody anything or just wait for instructions?
I'd hate to lose because the judge didnt have all my evidence!!!!
Please help.

I have received my second letter from Barclays saying they can't provide a full response to my claim yet etc (i.e delaying tactics). I have decided to go with the second letter giving them 14 days to sort it out or going to court. Is it best to send this letter to my branch or to the customer relations in Leicester who sent me the most recent letter? What is the likely response from them to this letter based on reader's experience?

Hi there,
I really hope that someone could advise me on what to do next.
I wrote to Barclays to relcaim about £370.
I sent my 1st letter and they kept on saying they would look into my case. this was in March, several phone calls and 2 more letters later I decided to send the 2nd letter saying I would take them to court. I got a letter today saying they disagreed with my claim. That when I opened an account I agreed to be bound by terms and conditions in line with the banking code nad that they were unwilling to refund my charges. They finished by saying if I was still unhappy I should go to the Financial Ombudsman.
What do I do now??? Start court proceedings or go to the Ombudsman?? Has anyone else had this letter??
I hope one of savvy people could help me cause I'm a bit stumped!!
Thank you in advance.0 -

I received this exact same letter stating they would look into my complaint and they would be in touch by the 18th June, I couldnt really do anything else other than wait and see what they came up with as MCOL don't take Visa Electron and that was the only card I had so I couldnt go down the court road, so anyway I waited and sure enough today, 3 days early, Barclays sent a offer letter offering me £2910 which is 75% of my claim, I am accepting as I think its a reasonable amount.0 -
