Ok, today was the day that they said they would get back to me by, it is also the day that their 14 days from my 2nd letter was up. I have heard nothing so I called them up, they said they were sorry that I had to call them, but they will send me a letter in the next couple of days to say that they need more time. I will then 'apparently' get a full resolution letter within two weeks....a likely story! Shall I just go for it now and get legal on their a$$es? I don't trust what they have told me!Nerd Number 201 - Geek chic!0

Hi ya ginge, please dont take this the wrong way as i dont know what your financial situation is like, but I used my local county court because if you are on any kind of benifit or low income you can fill out a form EX160 and then you dont have to pay the court costs. It saved me over £200. I know you can claim it back but why pay in the first place if you dont need to.;)Not just a white vanman:cool:

Oh my god..they never got back to you?..that is such a shock....NOT
Well it was worth a try. Now they are just stalling and hopping that you get fed-up with them and cant be arsed to carry on with you claim.
Next step..court, and dont forget about recalculating your interest as you get closer to the court date.
Good on ya girl....go get em..:cool:Not just a white vanman:cool:

Hi guys, my OH is thinking about starting the process to claim back charges from Barclays but he is worried because he has 2 personal loans with them and doesn't know if they will demand the money back from these. We couldn't afford to pay them if they did this. Any advice?0

Thanks for that info Vanman, it doesnt say anything about my benefit, so will go into the courts with my proof of benefit and ask them to help me fill out the forms;)Murphys no more pies member 48:beer:
