you will have to check your printer settings. what printer are you using? make sure it prints in PORTRAIT and not LANDSCAPE.

I sent a letter to my local branch and then to the address on here to request my statements. Think both letters were sent around the 5th March. I didn't enclose the £10 in the letters and sent them recorded delivery so they definately got them. I haven't received an acknoledgment letter for either of the requests yet, should I be worried?0

No don't worry, I don't think that they send acknowledgements...they didn't to me anyway. I just got a big envelope full of statements about 4 weeks after my letter.0

Best send your letter on wednesday 4th then, dated for thursday 5th.... which means there times up on thursday 14th and you can file your claim on friday 15th...btw, this takes 5 days to be served by MCOL and then the bank has 14 days to acknowledge or defend..they've acknowledged mine so now have 14 more days to enter a defence....the gits.........0 -

I went over the 6 years by 3 seperate dates but from what i have read on here if it gets to the court satge the judge just deducts these from their costs. My case has got to the court stage but no date yet.
I also sent my calculator form off to the court but if they need anything else they ask you for it.0
