Think you should read carefully through this... http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cgi-bin/viewnews.cgi?newsid1141050760,24632,
, you are starting the process of threatening a multinational corporation with legal action so you really need to know what you are doing. People will help you on here, but you need to make yourself familiar with process first.0 -
I know I sound as thick as a brick but am I right in thinking that I can claim late payment charges back from credit cards? I have not been charged any other charges eg, going over credit limit, etc, just late payment charges.
I've always assumed that 'reclaiming bank charges' meant just that - go overdrawn, get charged excessively, claim it back - but from reading another post I have now seen that people have claimed from credit cards as well.
If this is the case I'll get me claims in quick sharp!!
Any advice would be welcomed!!
Thanks,

Just over a year ago I closed two bank accounts after they had made extortionate charges for several transactions.
Does anybody know if I can go back and reclaim bank charges from them?Don't worry - Be Happy :dance:0 -

Hello all!- this is my first time on this website so please forgive me if this question has already been asked- I'm very keen to reclaim unfair charges from my bank but wanted to know if I can also reclaim 'late payment charges' from my credit cards?
Many thanks
