Send it to your branch where the account is held
  • Hello everyone,
I have recently sent my 'first letter' to HSBC to claim back the charges that I am owed, the only thing is that I sent it to my local branch. Will this be a problem?

Morning all, hoping someone can help.
I've had a quick whizz through the thread but can't find what I'm looking for.
I'm at final stage - got to get my completed questionairre into court on monday at latest and ther's a section that asks for any other information that may help the judge decide. i wanted to put something about requiring HSBC to disclose the cost to them for dealing with my misdemeaners!! (don't know if that's the right spelling!)Not sure how to word it or what have others done. Can anyone help??

    Ta

  • Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question... I initially claimed for charges only of £2,525 (no interest, over six years). I have calculated the interest to be £1,216.54.

Can I send second letter and include interest now, and is the interest calculated correct?

Also, which court do I put down on my 2nd letter? My local county court?

Many thanks. Hope someone can help me out.
