I have not heard anything from yourself or from nuc resolutions since your update nearly a week ago. As you can sense, I am rather desperate for my unlock code as the new s5 cannot be used and has been sat in the drawer for 7 months now. Can you please chase this matter for me again. All I'm asking nuc resolutions is to give me an unlock code which works and I can happily say goodbye to Vodafone.
Vodafone customer service so far has been terrible. Come on Vodafone I'm losing the little patience I have left now and if this matter is not resolved soon I have no choice but to take matters further.

Vodafone are currently under an OFCOM investigation for the terrible way they handle complaints, it might be worth finding the Vodofone MD's email address and sending him a complaint which you cc to OFCOM for their info.
It just might spur someone into action and give OFCOM more proof of just how useless Vodafone is.====0 -
I will wait and see if Lee can resolve this as he has been helpful to a lot of people on this thread. If I don't get this resolved soon, I'm off to OFCOM. Thanks for your advice Dave!0

Thank you for your email Lee. Just so I know, how many days will it take for Samsung to look into this? I'm extremely frustrated and at the end of my tether! If you can't provide me an unlock code then can I return this phone? Its still brand new with the protective film still on and its of no use to me whilst it's locked to Vodafone!
As you're probabably aware, EE are on the news today. They have been fined by OFCOM for their poor customer service. My complaint with Vodafone has been pending far too long now and if I can't get this phone unlocked by next week I am definitely off to OFCOM.

I was called by someone from 'Executive Customer Relations' today at approx 12 today, who stated that there was a final response in the post denying my complaint & refused to talk further on the subject. I was also notified that I could now seek outside advice, so it may be out of your hands
I've been transferred so many times over the last week, and given various stories/ promised callbacks, I'm not sure exactly who this is (was!), and where you sit in relation to this hiearchy.
It wouldn't be so bad if retentions actually acknowledged the existence of the page in question and said something like 'Sorry, this was sent to you in error' etc. rather than aggressively skirting around the issue and hiding behind 10%, which *isn't* what I'm complaining about!
(I'm not sure what the letter sent out contains yet, but I'd appreciate it if you could manage to generate something based upon my actual complaint if this is another generic 10% one!)
Even if you can't help after the call I've received above, I appreciate your efforts on behalf of both myself and others.
