Hi All,
Just wanted to share my experience with this awful company.
Ordered a mobile PAYG phone last week. received an email to pick up at the shop. So I drove a reasonable distance 10 miles to collect.
Spent 30 minutes going through all this credit check etc, this was a PAYG phone?.
Then the sales assistant says "there is a problem with the system".
Rings office and they tell me the system is down and you cannot have the phone, because they cannot scan it.
So waited all afternoon and finnaly received a phonecall , I was thinking oh great the systems are up. "No" he says "they are still down". So no phone and no way of getting it from the shop. I am not sure if they have a taken the money, if so, the only option I have is to go down the root of a fraudelent transcation, because it seems the customer service root is not worth attempting, they were very polite on the live chat but with no real substance.
Regards,
Mr Lewis

I too am having problems getting an NUC code from Vodafone... please help.
I purchased the new Prime 6 phone. I tried using the online NUC form but it doesn't accept my vodafone phone number. The call centre say the website is down.. but I really doubt it because I typed in my wifes vodafone number and it accepted that.
I notice that some Vodafone representatives reply on this forum.... please can someone from Vodafone help please?
thanks0 -

This is a last ditch attempt to see if i can attract the attention of someone from the Vodafone social media comms team. The rest of Vodafone's customer support don't seem to care about helping me!
I'm trying to network unlock my daughters Iphone 5c. According to Vodafone, i need to have owned the sim for 30 days, have £20 in my account and fill out a simple form. Bingo!!
Sadly not, I've been having an almost comical time of it with Vodafone's Indian call centre. I must have spoken to them on the phone 3 times and via live chat at least 10 times. Each time it takes 30 odd minutes of account verification and explanation of the problem before they convince me that this time filling out the form will yield a different result from previously. Sadly the form always emails me back to say i can't unlock the phone until i've been with them for 30 days.
I've had the Vodafone sim since August and installed it in the phone early December when my other phone packed up. I've made calls on it in the other phone and sent texts on it during the last month. No one at Vodafone can tell me what the problem is and just get me to fill out the flippin' form over and over again in the hope that one day it will magically work.
