They could advertise that the only way you can buy something is to set yourself alight and yell swearies at the queen .. They still would not have to sell you it if you did that.

Everything is a 'Offer to buy' they can withdraw that offer to buy in any shape or form at any time they so wish.

If you dont like that then shop elsewhere.

can you not see this is a new poster who has made a mistake maybe by posting in the wrong section, as they have stated all they wanted was a voice! give it to them!

the money saving site was set up for people to express their views when they feel they are being stuffed around by a company! which judging on the users posts they are, wether or not they deserve a right to buy any item they do have a right to use the site to air their views which it sounds like the user was doing!

can you not see this person sounds to me like they are very depressed with the situation and all you are doing with your harsh comment sis depressing a NEW user FURTHER i mean come on people when you signed up to the site you need to think was you to be expected to be treated in such a way?

the fact remains that it sounds like the user has been shopping with a company for years and all of a sudden without warning they have changed the buyers way of buying

why on earth would the company let you buy one way and then stop you if they feel like it all they will do will upset the buyer not sort the problem and the issue as it sounds like it needs attention!

phone buyers deserve to have their voice yet at the same time a company must listen to its other buyers and not favour 1 buyer over another, it is a companies duty to look after all of their buyers and people really deserve their chance to speak out should they feel they are being harshly treated by a company

this new user has provided alternative ways for the company to sort the issue and it is sounding like they have posted the issue for the company to hopefully see and it is not really going to help their case now is it if a company sees this page and thinks oh look all they have recieved is negative comments!

i once was proud to be part of such a friendly forum and for those few users that feel the need to just degrade fellow users you should be ashamed of yourselves!

after all think would you be happy to be treated in such a way by a favourite company of yours!

let the user have their say and should you not like what they are not saying then follow our forum rules and do not degrade users comments further just making them more upset etc as it sounds like the user may have some problem with the understanding of life and all you are doing is putting them down even further!

You have left me feeling very angry now to the point of I feel like negative commenting on all of your posts and see how it feels when the tables are turned you selfish users!

out of 3 million members this site is an essential provision for the voice of consumers and every forum user should be allowed to shout out as to when they feel they are being hard done by and not just have to move on and live with it! have you never heard of do not suffer in silence!

no matter how you look at it if a company sets up more than 1 way of buying and then removes 1 of those ways as and when it suits them then that company needs naming and shaming and you DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PUT FELLOW USERS DOWN AND MAKE THEM FEEL LOW WITHIN THE PROCESS! IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING POSITIVE TO SAY THEN YOU SHUT UP!

THERES A WASHING MACHINE FOR THAT, but seriously when you get into other users and push and push and push do you really need to get cheeky with them, i am part of a page of web buyers that have listed this post and they have stated all they keep getting is negative comments time and time again
