    Your posts make no sense

"No company can state if they have via the television false information as they are highly regulated and the same regulations are applicable online should they state such information they are unable to do so."

Shakespeare summed this sentence up perfectly in Macbeth when he wrote "full of sound and fury, signifying nothing".

Seriously, read it back. It lacks cohesive comprehension in its entirety. Instead of diabtribing about nonsense, why don't you answer the question posed before about why you decided to pick this thread in particular in which to resume posting after such a noticable absence. In the event of the expected refusal to answer, I shall consider you to be either a sock or a troll. I fully expect you not to answer that question and to either ignore this post, or once again try and sidestep it by citing baseless accusations without basis or merit.
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

The post makes perfect sense when read by those users who do not wish to nit pick it for any flaws. I am reading the users comments, If a company has told someone via the television channels and even the website that they can purchase the television channels listings via their website when in all truthness they are unable to do so, it equates to false advertising, Anything said via the television is applicable to their sales regardless of purchase type. Wether or not they choose to sell the item to the user in the first place is upto the company although they cannot use an enticer such as you can buy our products via the website when in factual information you are unable to do so.

Also again I feel I have answered your given question to the best of my abilities by replying with the user rollernutty posted the link to this page to a site stating all they was getting by giving their argument was negative comments to which I felt upset as I am a user of the websites owned by the company Sit-up channels and I feel also wrong done by the company to which point I felt it necassary to help back up the user rollernuttys comments to which I have heard this user is a female despite being called a guy in previous posts.

I also feel harshly treated by the company so I felt a comment on their posts was necassary to maybe help towards the company considering the reversal of their decision.

Either way you have had your fair replies with my thoughts and you are just making the post untidy by posting irrelavant material.

Should you feel I am a troll then I am sure you are aware as to where the report button nestles and due to the quickness and closeness of replies between you and another user, you have left me feeling are you possibly the same user? Or are you both users who have befriended each other and are just getting together as you feel necassary to bully your fellow users.

    Thankyou

Thank you for proving me correct.

Would it please you if I was to re-word my statements using the word Misleading advertising instead of false advertising?

    What is a misleading advertisement?

An advert is misleading if it deceives or is likely to deceive its audience and affect their economic decision-making. This also applies if it harms or is likely to harm a competitor of the organisation placing the advertisement.
An advert will be likely to affect the economic decision-making of readers if, for example, it persuades them to part with money.
A misleading advertisement can be a spoken statement - eg, given by a sales representative, in person or over the phone. It does not have to be in writing.
An advert can be deceptive in various ways, for example, if it:
    • contains a false statement of fact - this may be possible to prove or disprove by evidence
    • conceals or leaves out important facts
    • promises to do something but there is no intention of carrying it out
    • creates a false impression, even if everything stated in it may be literally true
  • oh okay tehy cauhgt me out? ello mimi me :)

surely if they can use a computer they can use a phone?

but you have been answered on your other posting change channels and move on in life
Is it all touch tone options, or do you have to speak to an assistant? My stammer is just irritating, but I know of others for whom buying something over the phone just isn't an option
I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!
  • thankyou

fortunately it is just dial a nubmer and press 1, but tehy do say listen to teh message before pressing 1 as it confirms the item and you could be buying teh wrong item if you just press 1

i feel there are a fair few disabilities out there which will struggle greatly to use a phone compared to a computer, and surely there must be an alterternative the company can use to make teh lives of such people that little bit easier

after all many given a choice would not have the disabilitiy if tehy could not choose to

i just feel that teh company can use alternative methods to block those odd few as there are only a few greedy buyers rather than people just saying hey put up and shut up there must be alternatives such as catching the odd greedy buyers out than to just say we have given you to what some people is an essential service for the last 7 years to which we are suddenly removing

here a prime example it a pity i cant post links rules. out of 25 pairs of earings just shown 3 of those pairs go brand new buyers 1 after another when the earing are still next to the start price of £220 highly unlikely a 3 brand new buyer wants them at teh start price of £220 and bearing other comments opf mine in mind its highly unlikely these 3 new buyers will answer now the item did not megadrop! another auction jsut gone 10 watches start of £500 2 of those go to a name of catrina from aidrie and catherine from airdrie 1 after another again at start price highly unlikely with such name 2 be 2 seperate buyers now if she was forced to buy them which she probably wont be she would stop doing such prcatice

if phone records were kept for those non answerers that dont answer until an item megadrops and then they answer when it does if they get forced to buy all previous confirmed items it should stop them wasting calls

but it kind of proves teh phone users exploit teh system just like the web and there are more new buyers than web buyers during good megadrops remembering to be a web buyer u must be registered so how do new buyers show when they say the phones are locked? are they buying the item themselves in teh compnay
