I did not think so! Out of the 15 confirmed buyers only 3 of those have now been left with the closed product of which the start price was £250 although the item closed despite having 15 within the quantity at a final price of £249.95 and those buyers which still have the order within the system are 2 new buyers out of 3 left products! So I also bet these 2 new buyers will not answer the phone as the company try to contact them.

Proving that the company is allowing those customers who are buying on the off chance an item is a £1 megadrop and then should the closing item not be £1 they are allowing customers to cancel their buy, thus creating their own problem in the meantime that of course if customers can still cancel their order they WILL flaunt the system and do so should they not like the closing price!

Should this not be the case that customers cannot cancel a confirmed order then I place to the company that they are BUYING their own items back to make the sale go along faster.

just let me have my voice, if i have posted in the wrong section then sorry but i deserve to place my comment on this site without being degraded all the time by petty comments

Im allowing you to have your voice, but in turn you have to then allow myself and others the right to reply - thats how an open forum works. If you dont like that along with the answers you are getting then i suggest you create your own little private forum and rant about your injustices to yourself all day over there.

Im not being negative - I am telling you that they can sell their goods by any means they so choose.

They are not saying anything in that photo except to check their website for all the items on sale today.

to this sort of perfectly valid point
They could advertise that the only way you can buy something is to set yourself alight and yell swearies at the queen .. They still would not have to sell you it if you did that.

Everything is a 'Offer to buy' they can withdraw that offer to buy in any shape or form at any time they so wish.

If you dont like that then shop elsewhere.
is not doing you any favours.

To be honest looking at that screengrab, it's pretty hard to justify a 9ct *anything* is 'worth' a grand ;-) "Champagne" diamonds sounds like an imputiry to me, so they'll be relatively cheap too...
