thankyou mchuly to the above thats the way im looking at things there are disabilities out there that would certainley be placed under strain if they had no choice but to use the phone

hence there must be alternatives they can consider

i am not degrading the company or saying no one should shop with them just there is alternatives which can be used and are already in place
