mobiles.co.uk cashback terms and condition
Hi
I was thinking of getting a new contract through mobiles.co.uk. Looking at cashback terms and conditions, i found this:
Cashback will not be paid if
If you do not remain on the original tariff with the original handset (if you have ported your existing number this will not affect your claim).
I was planning to order a phone and then use simcard in my existing phone. Will this be a problem?
Thanks

True, but specifically no it won't unless it's on 3. Something else has been brought to my notice this week which makes me reticent to order from them for now - and I'm not exactly loath to take them on.0

thanks for that. Can you share whatever you have noticed that puts doubts on mobiles.co.uk? or does that also apply to e2save? i was thinking of going with them now due to this uncertainty with mobiles.co.uk/.0 -
It's been debatable which of the two are best/worse, but the thing which has been brought to my attention is specifcally about Mobiles.co; whilst plastering it on here wouldn't do any harm to my own interests I am loathe to put things on which aren't certain - there has been too much misinformation in the past. If/when it becomes clear it would not necessarily make Mobiles.co. a worse bet, but that again is still unclear. Sorry to be cryptic - I cannot think of one dealer any more which is relatively untarnished in one way or another at this moment in time. I will pm you.0
