I read somewhere 1 per house hold/person. I got two .1 for me & 1 for my son. I did it on different Email accounts. We got them delivered separately. If you havent got them now .Then i think you have missed out. Fresh do sim cards. something like buy for £6.99 Get £10 free credit. Also I notice that only the people transfering from Easymobile are on the 5p texts .fresh customers are on 7p texts. After my freebe I`m thinking about Tesco 12p a min & 5p texts. The other one to look at is Vodafone. They do a deal which includes 4 people conecting at a cheap rate. ( i dont no the ins & outs of that)0 -

Can they do this and still charge you for not topping up if its impossible to get through.
I had this situation too. The old account passwords seem to have been nuked. They had to text me a new password, which they did after I'd done a Live Chat with someone there (which crashed twice). It then did work. I think they will answer your email with a new password, then you should be able to pay your neg balance. I imagine you can't get through as most of their customer service staff have been made redundant.0 -
Well it looks like I'm stuffed. No unlock code. Can't get any reply from phone or email and it won't let me try to switch to fresh now. I've already paid for a tesco sim which I now can't use and in desperation bought an unlock code over the net which didn't work anyway. Last day to give tesco the PAC code so I don't know whether to or not as the phone is still locked and it looks likes easy sleazy has now just dumped us all. I'm furious. what an absolute joke of a service. If they make such a mess of a phone service how safe are their planes?!Living on Earth can be expensive, but it does include an annual free trip around the Sun.0

I'm surprised at some of the replies on here.
Both websites are online (though it says the easyM only until today), though were slow a couple of evenings ago. The phone still works, and the call queuing system tells you your position as you wait.
The Fresh offer is still available, and application for a PAC number comes within an hour.
For anyone that cannot log in to their account - this happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Then I found an email from them that told me the password had been reset. I assume someone had remembered their number incorrectly and triggered a reminder that came to me. So trigger a new reminder, enter this password then edit it back to your choice.
The two companies are already in dispute as a result of this, partly on the alleged damage to their brands, so ignorant and abusive comments about aviation safety are not in anybody's interests, including this forum0
