Given that easymobile are closing down, if you close your account and ask for a refund will you still have the 5 quid 'closing fee' subtracted from any refund? Easymobile CS seem to have been unavailable for the last week or so in the evening when I could try to contact them.I think....0

Apart from topping-up online (see above), and receiving their emails, I've called them without problem three or four times in the last couple of weeks; there's a bit of a call queue, but what would we expect? Landline 014388460300 -

I requested a PAC 3 days ago and my balance instantly went from £37 to minus £6! I was under the impression that all that would happen was that I would receive a number by email so that I could transfer to another provider. I was going to use the remaining credit to txt charity donationsNow I still have no PAC and no credit so I cannot send texts or make calls and I will lose my number this week without a PAC? Have also tried to contact Easymobile customer service without success......

I've been caught by this too - when I signed up with easymobile via quidco offer in the summer, they forgot to send the £20 airtime voucher. after some reminders they eventually sent it to me sometime later, but I didn't get around to redeeming it online. Now of course the shimmerfresh website won't let me do anything with it - have I lost the £20 for good? I did already have around £46 airtime from top-ups, but have signed up to have this refunded rather than take up the fresh offer which I didn't like the look of. Any help gratefully received! (have tried phoning various numbers to contact shimmerfresh, but I suspect i'm at the end of long queue of irate customers). Also no unlock code for Nokia 1100 despite several e mails to them - have tried websites linked to on this forum, but with no success so far.
If nothing else, at least this forum makes me realise I'm not alone with the hassle!0 -

If anyone still has a credit balance (including vouchers/bonuses etc.) they don't know what to do with, I have been able to transfer my promotional bonuses to a Just Dial account for use dialling overseas. They are not the cheapest for overseas calls by far, but hey, if you're otherwise going to lose it? You can transfer out £3 or £5 repeatedly (I did £15) and you can access the account from a normal telephone with the PIN and a freephone number. Would work to dial mobile numbers too, though not terribly good value.

I cant log onto my account to top up my neg balance. It keeps saying the password is incorrect. Like others l have sent loads of emails and sat on the end of an ever ringing phone line for half the day.
Can they do this and still charge you for not topping up if its impossible to get through.0 -
should be able to reset the password. I found that when didn't like password then gave option to text you a new password
