As you can see from the previous post someone has claimed back nearly £5,000 from Lloyds!
It shouldn't affect any mortgage application unless perhaps its with Lloyds when I guess they have the right to refuse you. If you have any queries when looking for a mortgage pop a question up on the Mortgage Board.0 -
Hi All
My claim has just reached the end of the 1 month stay requested by my bank, I have been in touch with the courts today to find out what my next steps are, they have informed me that it is now down to me to instruct the court on what I would like to do next, could anybody give me any advice on what I should put in a letter to the courts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Which letter did you send to the bank and did you give them a time scale for an answer? If they haven't replied within your time scale just move on to the next step.0 -

Have a read of Martin's step by step guide and maybe best to approach the court via the online website.

Hi there, i have just recieved my court date set for January 07 on the letter it states that i have 21 days from the date of service of the order to send the defendant and the court;
1, a schedule setting out each charge repayment of which is sought, showing details and reasons.
2,copies of any statements or other documents relied upon showing that each charge has been made.
3,a statement of evidence to show that the alleged charges have been made, or that they are irrecoverable as penalties and if so identifying the relevant clause(s) pursuant to which the charges were applied.
4,copies of decided cases and other legal materials to be relied upon.
when i made my amended claim i issued the court with origanal documants (except copies of bank statements) as well as a spare copy, i also posted by recorded delivery a copy of everything to sc&m do i need to do this again? and how would i be able to get info on all winning lloyds tsb cases? hope you can help me any help or advice would be greatfully recieved thank for reading my thread0 -

I've already started the court process and my bank entered a defence, they asked for and were granted a 1 month stay, which is now up, what I need to know if anybody can help, is what do I put in a letter to the courts notifying them of my next steps???
I've looked at the link you gave me, but I cant find anything that would help me (maybe its just me looking in the wrong place)
Many thanks

Just about to send the letter to Lloyds asking for interest charges to be paid in full.
The standard letter states:
Please find a full schedule of the charges with this document .
Did everyone else so this?
Did you just copy down the dates from the statements received or did you photo copy them and send?
Many thanks.0 -

You can just compile a list with date/reason/amount.0
