You will get the interest and the £30 back if you carry on so its up to you if you want to wait longer for your money and the time spent filling in the court forms.0

Last September i attempted to claim bank over £500.00 worth of charges, after sending my 1st letter i received a letter back explaining that they would not be refunding me my charges. I never pursued after this, is there anything else i can do to get back on track with getting back these charges or am i too late???

You're not too late, just carry on with the process, refer to your previous letter if necessary.0 -

I had exactly the same letter this morning from Lloyds TSB minus the paragraph about the OFT because I didn't mention this in my letter claiming charges. I came on here to ask the same thing so thank you for confirming what I thought - that it is just a standard letter. So it's onto the next letter for us...:T
Can't find copy of the next letter anywhere, do you have a copy you can post for me please??
Thanks0 -

I too am struggling. I have sent 2 letters now and am claiming £980. I have heard nothing back. I have called and called but know body seems to know how to get through to the department who are dealing with the claims. I get the feeling this is going to be a long process.
On a brighter note. I requested my partners charges from Natwest 3 weeks ago. They say a letter of offer is in the post! Hurray.
