RE:- RECLAIMING BANK CHARGES
I claimed and won at the beginning of January. Claimed £700, Won £700.
Was going to close the account but then Lloyds charged me £130 on my account made up of overdraft excess fees and returned Standing order fees. I have sent the first letter the other week to claim again and will send the second letter this Friday. Has anyone reclaimed and won again?????
What are my chances? PLEASE HELP0 -
I'm not sure if anyone has been through the process twice - it wight be worth checking out the CAG website to see if anyone on there has.0

I've been a member for a while and read everything people have said, but then got scared as our overdraft to Natwest is massive and can't risk them pulling the rug from under us.
Still scared so decided to go for my Lloyds/TSB account first - had some whacking charges over the 15 years I've had it I'm sure. However, you can go back 5 years online with them and worked out they owe me £571 with interest not including what might have been our worst year back in 2001. I've been brave and typed the letter (cos we don't have much money spare if they do pull the rug). Also, asking for details of charges on my visa - which must've had a bit I reckon?!
Determined gonna send it and see what happens, hoping to get something back and clear some of the natwest overdrafts to then go for them, whose charges are ridiculos...I love the quotes they've given me that says when I pay cash in to my account over the internet on a saturday (which I can draw out 10 mins later) that it doesn't work that way with payments, their computer issues all payments at midnight on a Sunday and then accepts my money afterwards so things bounce...what a corker - change the set up then!!!
Anyway, you all are an inspriation and I'd like to thank you for that.
Has took some getting to but hey ho, better late than never and would love to stuff the unconcerning money grabbing banks that love to get you in to debt but when you ask for help they don't want to know. Bout time they had a taste of their own medicine.
Sorry, I've wrote so much, just getting excited and nervours - good luck everyone.0 -
