I have a Lloyds TSB current account and credit card account. I have charges I can claim back on both but following Martins steps, I'm not sure if I have to claim separately for the current account charges and the credit card charges. Can I put them both in the same letter??
Cheers
Two separate departments so two letters probably better.0 -
Printed the 1st letter of today but still unsure of what i can claim back. Due to my husband being self employed he doesnt get paid on a regular basis, so our overdraft is quite large!!!
can someone tell me what i can claim for from the following if any:
overdraft limit is £5000
overdraft at present £5480.47
charges:
overdraft interest - £54.97
overdraft excess fee - £90.00
account charge - £15.000 -
The overdraft excess fee is what you claim for. Overdraft interest and account charges are legitimate fees. You can also claim for charges relating to unpaid direct debits and cheques etc.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

Hi please help not I'm sure what to do now?
After writing and asking for my money back, then threatening to take them to court I started a claim with money claim online, The Bank acknowledged my claim on the 7th Feb.
Then this morning I received a letter from them dated the 5th Feb stating: On this occassion we are prepered to pay you £420.This sum will be credited to your account in the next few days if you remain dissatisfied you may refer you complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
With interest and court fee's I want to claim £620.94 should I continue with the court case? and should I reply to this letter?0 -
completely upto u if i was u take the money and run if £420 was wat u asked for minus interest is it worth the hassle of court0

can i just ask when date did u start your money claim on just interested to see if lloyds playin funny games and when did u receive reply from second letter threatening court action0
-
I would write to them and say you will accept it as part payment and continue with the court action for the balance. You've already paid the court fee and should get that back.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

I started the claim in November but the letter threatening to take them to court was sent on the 15th Jan stating that if I did not receive a reply within 7 days I would commence with court proceedings.0

Hi
I had my TSB defence letter, dated 12/01/07. I completed the form and sent my £100, which was cashed. Since then I've heard nothing.
Do I just wait?
