Hi i wonder if anyone can help me?
I sent my letter to lloyds on the 20/04 and they sent the usual reply on the 06/05 so i sent the next step the same day, I have spoken to lloyds on several occasions and they said that thay are still dealing with the claim and i have to wait till the 17/07 for a decision i know that i have gone well over the time scale but i thought that if i hung on i might be able to get away with not going to court i sent a letter to the fo, but they sent me a letter saying that i should send them the letter back if they have not replied in 8 weeks.
Has anyone gone though something simialar? Do you think that i should wait or send the fo the letter back?
Thanks for any advice in advance
    Beckie
What is it with lloyds I have just spotted this.

  • hi all
Had first letter back from them after only a week

blah blah sorry you feel this way.
we expect our enquiries to be completed in 4 weeks, and will let you know if there is a delay and why and when you will expect a full response.

Can i ask your help? Do i sit back and wait (bank taking charge again) or do i send a letter if so then what letter
    thanks

Received a letter from Lloyds today saying 'we are looking into your request' type of thing which is all I've heard from them since I requested the charges in March!
But also received a letter from the FO,who I'd complained to,to say that Lloyds have offered me all my charges back - just need to send back the acceptance form and hope the money doesn't take too long to arrive!
    :j
Thanks Martin and everyone else on here who has helped - now hoping the cc companys pay up aswell.
