Grrrhhhhhhhhhh    I've just rang the court as Lloyds last day to defend my claim was today and what do you know they've submitted a defence on both. The clerk I spoke to said there are a block of bank recharges claims they are dealing with, they will be going before a judge next week and he will decide whether the bank gets a 'stay' ? whether he'll send an allocation questionnaire or whether I will be waiting for a hearing date. What a long drawn out process

I wonder whether it would be worth my while to fax Serchiari, Clark & Mitchell, the solicitors acting on behalf of Lloyds TSB to ask whether they would consider settling out of court or shall I just let it run it's course ...? *thinking*
