Thank you, I was gettin panicky. I didn't like the last bullet point of them disputing the whole claim and no sums will be paid to me from the bank :eek:

Guess what Kez....I just got in the post exact same defence as you lol. Am phoning my mate after 7 tonight she is a litigant solicitor, i,ll let you know what she says or if to do anything.

I think my case is going to be a bit different to yours...but you should have no problems, I tho have a lot of rectifications to make and as of date the bank nor the solicitors have asked me for a spreadsheet of charges. which is probably in my favour as when it is submitted in full it will be correct...did you get a dispensed with AQ in your letters?

No I didn't get one of those, thats all I received this morning, I rang the court yesterday and the clerk told me that it will be going before the judge next week and he will decide whether to issue a 'stay' or whether ill be allocated a hearing date. I suppose i've just gotta wait and see what happens, I wondered whether to fax the solicitors and ask whether they are willing to settle out of court ? or just let it be and see what happens. We seem to be getting quite a few Lloyds TSB successes at the moment on here,

yes I received that in writing, even tho mines before a judge murdoch in the northampton county court, he gets about a bit...luckily northampton is my local court, maybe thats why my AQ was dispensed with??

Recieved a letter from court, NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF PROCEEDINGS.


To all parties.

a defence to this claim has been filed.

the claim has been transfered to the court covering the area where the claimant lives or carries on business.
Please read the accompanying documents carefully ( and note that the allocation questionnaire should be returned to the manchester county court) in brackets is crossed out.

all further communication should be addressed to: court.

on the other side i have :
Northampton county court.

between ME and Ltsb.
before district judge murdoch.
sitting at northampton county court.

without hearing, IT IS ORDERED THAT :
1. the filing of an allocation questionnaire be dispensed with in this case unless the district judge at the court of transfer orders otherwise.


my partener has the exact same letter, with ltsb defence on too. aint got a clue what all this means an now worried, i not been sent a allocation questionnaire. do you think this means we have lost.......

Has anyone else contacted the solicitors SC&Ms to see if they will consider a settlement whilst waiting for their court date ........ im just impatient :rotfl:

yes i sent a letter 3 weeks ago to see if they would settle not heard a thing yet ! And still no court date !!!!!!
