I've had a letter from the court advising myelf and the robbers that we have until 3rd August to reach a settlement. Sent a letter to the Solicitors saying that although I have claimed for £4,600 I will settle for £4,000. (thought this would look good to the Judge!!)

hi all i sent me 2nd letter to tsb on the 10th of april asking for me charges back of £5,300 that was includng wot i payed in may and june charges but i thought i would add them on when i went to mcol any ways i couldnt afford the court costs as yet ,so in the mean time i have been phoning andover , did speak to howard who said my claim would be looked at on the 29th of may i phoned back up just to see if he was telling me the truth and then i spoke to a nice lady called dee ,very helpfull , she said if i hadnt heard any thing by last friday phone again i did that but this other lady in a polite way said i would just have to sit and wait ,anyways i ve sat and waited but 2 day in the post got a letter offering me £750 good will jesture and the charges that are due to come out in july they will cancel, lol havent got a clue how much there are at this mo, but least at last i got a response , so for all those who cant afford the court cost just yet just hang in there till u get ur good will jesture ,says 10 days then it will be the credited to my account when it is i will be doing mcol for the rest,which now after the good will jesture it will be under £5000 least it was a bit of nice post this morning better than nowt i suppose cheers jill

Hi all
My claim has been moved to Southend,and today I got this letter.

Upon reading the court file and of the Court's own initiative

IT IS ORDERED THAT the claim is stayed until 27 June 2007 to be referred to District Judge Dudley in paperwork on June 2007

Can anyone tell me what this means

i sent letter 3 to Lloyds TSB, Gresham St by firstclass recorded delivery on 05/06/07 but using the tracking service on royalmail but they cannot track the item. So i sent another letter on the 11/06 and again the item cannot be tracked...

Has anyone else had any problems like this?

Do ignore the fact that the letter might not have been delievered and give them 14days from the 05/06?

Have you tried ringing royal mail on 08459 272 100 and ask them to check, as I got the same message online but when I rang they said it had been delivered and they also told me the name of the person who signed for it.
