Good luck, I cant understand these goodwill gestures, as to why some people get them why some dont ?! why some people who have only just started a claim get them and peoples who have been going on weeks/months dont ?! Why doesn't everyone get one? lol. Oh well it is Loyds TSB I suppose

I have indeed lost the statements (or, more to the point, I didn't keep them - burying my head in the sand). I will print off what I have online but hardly any of the charges will be on those pages. Should I call the bank and ask for copy statements? Will the list of charges the bank sent me after my initial request not do?
I,m fairly sure the list of charges they have supplied you is suffice, however, do write again asking for copy statements it wouldnt hurt, they cannot refuse to supply you information requested, it wouldnt look too good against them

Cheers. I might hold off until they've acknowledged the claim - don't want to remind them about me unneccesarily! Thanks.

"You are unable to take any further action online on this claim.
The Defendant disputes the whole amount you have claimed. Your claim cannot proceed online and will be transferred to the appropriate court for continuation. You will receive confirmation to where the claim has been transferred to shortly."So, I'll get something soon and hopefully a court date. I need this sorted by end of August?
I know there are a million threads on this but if anyone has some help at this stage (with Lloyds specifically) then please lemme know :)

    Fat chance! Sorry!
You have the chance to put on the AQ form dates that you aren't going to be available. You have a long way to go yet unless you strike it lucky and get a settlement. I wouldn't hold my breath though.[/QUOTE]

    Hi Lara,

    Firstly thanks for your reply.

When you say fat chance, I take it to be fat chance it's sorted by end of August rather than fat chance of getting anything back?

I did take note of the 'put it on the AQ form' part - I'll keep looking now but has anyone won when they have not gone to court and the bank not turned up?

Sorry if this has been addressed a million times but there are so many thread and posts it's hard to ask everyone at once! :(

    Cheers again all...

  • I am just a little concerned. I added both the charges for both of my accounts with lloydstsb and submitted it as one figure on MCOL. Is this a major issue.

    Thanks

  I am not sure which thred to post in.

The problem is Lloyds have today defended my claim with them for £3900. I am not sure whether I now need to prepare a court bundle or just sit and wait.

If I do need to prepare my bundle, all I have is my list of charges and a copy of all the letters I have sent to Lloyds, I have only ever received one letter from them. Is this enough to win my case??? I'm getting scared:eek:
