    Just got a defensive :(

"You are unable to take any further action online on this claim.

The Defendant disputes the whole amount you have claimed. Your claim cannot proceed online and will be transferred to the appropriate court for continuation. You will receive confirmation to where the claim has been transferred to shortly."

So, I'll get something soon and hopefully a court date. I need this sorted by end of August?

I know there are a million threads on this but if anyone has some help at this stage (with Lloyds specifically) then please lemme know :)

    Great :(

I'm going travelling on August 27th - looks like I'm screwed. Hopefully they won't let it get to that stage.

May be a stupid question considering I'm taking them to court, but is there any way I could not be there on the day if it went on that long?

My claim was acknowledged on 27th April, defended 2nd May and my court date is 29th June. It looks like they are going the whole way with me, but I'm ready and confident  :D;)

    Fat chance! Sorry!
You have the chance to put on the AQ form dates that you aren't going to be available. You have a long way to go yet unless you strike it lucky and get a settlement. I wouldn't hold my breath though.
  • I am at the stage where LloydsTSB's solicitors have acknowledged my claim and intend to defend all of it. I am a little scared now. What do you think, will it go to court?

    Thanks,

    Kam
