I filed with MCOL on 10th May and LTSB acknowledged on 26th May - what happens next? Is it 28 days from acknowledgment ot from when it was filed? And what is likely to happen after that?0

I posted my 2nd letter to LTSB 16th May (ltr before Court Action) by recorded devliery and I've been checking the Royal Mail track and trace site but it does not show as delivered.
What do I do now?
I sent my charge statments to Lloyds solicitors via recorded delivery and they were never signed for and i can't get any sense out of solicitors to wether they got them or not, so i phoned royal mail as you can claim after 21 days of sending, you need to value what was in letter and to me my bank statements are priceless so yep i'm reclaiming for them too!!!!:pJen0 -

Hi,
I'm currently in the process of reclaiming about £1400.00 (includes the interest and court fee) from Lloyds TSB. I have got to the stage where I have been allocated a hearing date at my local county court (14th August).
Could anyone please give me EXACT details of what I should do now?
ie.
1. do I sit back and wait?
2. what documents do I need to prepare incase Lloyds don't settle beforehand and I end up going to the hearing?
3. If I do have to go to the hearing, do I employ the costly services of a solicitor?
4. should I fire another shot accros the bows like someone else did by writing to the judge asking for Lloyds defence to be struck out for wasting court time?
Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated, thank you.0 -

Hi There,
I've got my "Notice Of Hearing" taking place on 25th July 2007. Do I need to confirm this or not? Also what do I do from here... Do I need to take any documentation and stuff?
Cheers for your help in Advance.
