Is this the same for accounts that are no longer open? Our account with LLoyds was closed year before last.

    Thanks

Andover would be best or your local branch. Remember that you send the letters guarenteed next day delivery as recorded delivery is not guarenteed to get there, I made this mistake and the post office told me that recorded is not guarenteed. The only problem is this costs £4.50 per letter.

    Good Luck

Now thats interesting....I sent my letter to the Woolwich re that account a couple of weeks ago (deadline this friday!) via the "Recorded Signed for" service.....& got a nice print out off the net of the signature of the person who signed for it so I know its been delivered.....whats the difference between that & guarranteed then? (apart from the price ;) )

    TIA

    Hi all

Recieved another stalling letter from LLOyds saying charges are fare and all that garbage but have still not recieved statements for 2nd account so i have forwarded a letter to them. If no responce then shall proceed to court action.

    After recieving statements i see

    O/draft interest and

    O/draft excess fee

i cant see on the home page if you can claim for these (they add to a substantial amount)

can some one help please Mxx

You can't claim back OD interest, you can claim back OD Excess fee, but it's inherently dangerous to do so as you may have difficulty proving that it was a penalty charge and not a service fee. Especially now the banks are starting to rename their charges so as to hide the fact that they are penalties.

I'm at the stage where I've just sent back my Allocation Questionnaire for my case with the RBoS.

A court bundle is collection of all the paperwork that is needed for your case, e.g. letters, statements, draft directions, statutes you are relying on, witness statement, basically everything to back up your case.
