Read Martin's article and use the template letter which says you will now be taking them to court.0

I have read the topic: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=407603 which stated the charges which can and can not be claimed but I am still a unclear as to which I am able to claim.
My bank is Lloyds TSB and these are the charges they have sent me if you can help:
Type: FEE
Description: ACCOUNT CHARGE - Amounts of around £4-£10
Type: CHG
Description: O/DRAFT INTEREST - Amounts of around £0.10-£1.79
Type: CHG
Description: O/DRAFT EXCESS FEE - Amounts of around £20-£50
Type: CHG
Description: O/DRAFT USAGE FEE - Amounts of around £25
Thanks for your help.0 -
Woo Lloyds have got 2 days left to acknowledge my claim, heard nothing yet !! Hopefully ill slip through the net

I was hoping for that - I got an 'acknowledgment' on the last day (yesterday). So from my understanding, they now have a further 28 days to file a defence. So 4 more weeks of waiting to see if they will defend (which I'm sure they will) - then how long to get to court after that?
I'm new to this place and with so many forums/threads on everything it's all a little confusing. Does anyone (who has won/lost) know how much time it took them from THIS stage to the 'end'?
Is there a thread purely on how to prepare for defending my claim in court? (I am using the search features too in case people get frustrated with me)...
Actually, isn't it 28 days from file of my claim (so the 15th) rather than 28 days from the day it was acknowledged? So 13 days from now?
Sorry again if this is repetitive stuff for you lot...0 -

Oh and there was me getting excited coz i'd heard nothing, typical Lloyds TSB
I think it depends how busy the courts are as to when the court date will be if they submit a defence.

No! they have 28 days from date of service! so they will have until 11th May to put in a defence. Better than 4 weeks!0 -
I did my claim on line on the 11th May..i had a notice of issue from northampton court which told me that the defendant has until may 30th to response...
as of today i havent had anything accept a letter from tsb saying they stand by their initial response of (in other words NO CHANCE)..is that letter classed as a acknowledgement of service..and if not can i wait till i minute past midnight tonight and then press the start judgement button?
Thanks in advance for your kind help.:money:Received £250.00 with one phone call to reclaim Mortgage Exit Administration£ fees AND £2995.00 bank charges from Lloyds TSb..All thanks to Martin Lewis. :T :money::T:beer:0 -

oops, didn't see this when I edited my other one - thanks :T
I am pretty certain they will file a defence but knowing in 2 weeks is much better than waiting another 4...
I'm going travelling in August (27th) so would love this all to be solved before then...0
