    Hi kellymundy i am sure that the address is the right one i have sent most of my letters to that address and it does say in the letter if you need to contact them contact the andover phone number or address.
    If you are worried about this it might be worth while you phoning the customer services and checking it threw them. 0845 3000000

    hi there i could do with a bit of advice if anyone can
    i put my to in to mcol and i'm not sure what my next move is as it say on the letter from the courts that lloyds have 14 days to reply. but then what do i do, do i file for judgement i'm just not sure what to do please help.

    I filed a claim thru MCOL. 23May was the last day of the first 14 days... thats when Ltsb sent acknowledgement of the claim saying that they wasnt to put a defence. Im kinda scared'

    What should I do if they do file in a Defence!!!

    No worries I am in the same position. Lloyds have filed a defence now and I have a court date on 9th july- im preparing my bundle at the moment. Just make sure you are prepared. Dont be scared you have got this far!!:T
  • Dont worry about it - I did and it did me no good:rotfl:

    I was one week from my court date when I got a cheque from the solicitors for my full claim amount. Im sure it will happen for you too!

    I used the same address and it has now proceeded to them defending so the address is fine.

    They filed a defence with my claim last week and I'm now waiting for a court date. I'm also worried however they owe me the money and I'm going to get it..

    can someone please give me abit of advice.
    i know that i can claim for o/draft excess fee and unpaid DD. but what about o/draft usage fee,o/draft interest and account charges?
    please help as im confused.
