hi all got threw to andover 2 day at 430pm just kept redailing and after 6 attempts a nice lady answered me , i asked her about my charges and she said they have 12 weeks to reply, i had already spoke to a gentleman who said my claim would be looked at on the 30th of may so i was just checking to see whether or not this was true but the lady did say my claim was very close to be looked at, i sent my letter saying i would take them to court this was 4 weeks ago but due to getting payed monthly now i get paid on the 31st so couldnt afford to do it till then , any way the lady said she would get my case and bring it forward so some one will look at today or tomorrow , but she also said that if i did get a good will jesture it will be put into my bank in 10 days time , it sounds to me that every one will get £ 750 paid into there account, then she said if u are not happy wiv the outcome then you should file court proceedings or use the fo she did say phone back up next week if i havent heard any thing and i said its a bit hard getting threw and she did say yes i know but we are dealing wiv loads of cases at the mo, so im going to wait till next friday just to see if i get owt in the post if not then im going to mcol heres the num i got threw wiv 01264725214 just keep trying if any wants to speak to them am sure u will get there in the end cheers john0

I tried 4 different numbers for Andover today and had the phone on constant redial from 9am to 6pm and no reply. All the numbers were engaged or ringing out except the one you used which asked me to leave a message then told me the message box was full.
I was awarded my claim in full on 14th May and want to know when I can expect it in my account.0 -
