I have received court papers for 10th July, does anyone know if Lloyds will actually take it that far and if they do what do I have to take to court.

    Any help appreciated:confused:

I'm at the same stage just waiting for the court date. If you read this thread on earlier pages they normally let it go all the way but then don't turn up, however I'm preparing information because I think now that they have won one case they will show.

If you need any help pm me and I will try my best. May not be online much over the weekend but will get back to you.

    Good Luck....

Just an update from me! Got the expected letter from the recovery centre in Andover this morning offering me the £750 "full and final settlement". To save me flicking back through hundreds of pages (because I'm off to work before long!) can someone advise me what the next step is please? I've already filed against LTSB using the online court thing, so once that £750 is in my account, I assume I'll have to ring the court and ask them to deduct £750 from my claim?

I'm actually claiming over four grand, so there's no way that £750 is "full and final settlement"!!! Still, it'll come in handy seeing as I've just got a £250 gas bill!

Hi I am having a go at reclaiming my charges from the tsb.
I have had the computer print out that lists all the charges for the last 5 1/2 yrs ( if I want the other 6 months then I have to wait another 40 days they say )
I am confused what charges I can claim back.
O/Draft interest is only pennies so I am not too bothered about that.
FEE ACCOUNT CHARGE 4.00DR can I claim that ?
CHG O/DRAFT USAGE FEE 25DR can I claim that ?
CHG O/DRAFT EXCESS FEE 20DR can I claim that ?
    CHG UNPAID S/O 30DR can I claim that ?
I obviously don't want to make a mess of this by claiming for things I am not allowed to.

You can claim overdraft excess fee and the unpaid standing orders aswell as unpaid direct debits, not the overdraft usage fee or account charges, hth,:j
