Im stuck with filling in the EX160 form if theres anyone around to help I would be really grateful...
Where it says the title or number of the form that you would like the court to issue? Is this N1? I am not 100% certain of that cos as Im sending my completed N1 form off with this one so..?
Also...my N1 form...what do you put where it asks for the value? Is it total amount inc interest? Can someone please write out an example of what to write in this space if its not too much bother
And also for particulars of claim? Im not this thick really honest, just this court thing is muddlin my head!

Hi can anyone help me I filed a claim against Lloyds tsb on 29.03.2007. It was acknowledged and a defence was put in at the last min on 18.04.2007. I recieved a transfer of proceediing from my local court (Halifax) on 01.05.2007. Its now the 22.05.2007, everytime i ring the court they say still waiting to be set a court date try again next week. This whole sage has now been going on since 23.02.2007 so 12 weeks now. I dont know what to do? Do the courts have a set time in which to process my claim as its been with them now a month. Any help is appriciated0

Hi, I have also received a letter from the court "transfer of proceedings" which tells me that the allocation questionnaire has been dispensed with. This was dated 14th May. Does anybody have any ideas how long i need to wait for a court date?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.0

have sent letter to lloyds claiming bank charges for £4,000 they sent reply firstly saying bank charges were fair sent letter back saying wasn t accepting this and would take court action.Recieved letter back from lloyds saying that they were sorry that i was not happy and as a goodwill gesture would credit my account with £750 "in full and final settlement of my complaint".Sent them another letter saing that i would not accept this but on checking my account the money has been credited,i didn`t accept this offer so are they allowed to do this and will it affect my claim.have tried ringing them left message with customer complaints who said they would ring back waited all day rang back several time to be told had to wait.when rang back again was told department closed.can anybody help please0

The £750 is the standard offer by Lloyds these days. They seem to be very quick in crediting it as well. You will need to ring up the court and amend your claim for the remainder. That will cost you £35 I am afraid. It might help sending Lloyds another letter saying that you accept the money as part payment without prejudice only and that you are continuing your claim for the rest in court.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Hi I am currently trying to claim £2800 of charges from Lloyds TSB has anyone from Colchester had to go to court or had any success with them?

Hi
I notice that some people are claiming back bank charges in the £1000's, I have an outstanding claim with Lloyds for £250:00, how do some people get to claim back £1000's I'm sure I'm missing something somewhere.
Thanks in advance for any clarification.0 -
In simple terms, you can only ask for charges going back 6 years.
Every case is individual and the amounts claimed back range from £30 - £17,000. I am not sure where you stand, is your £250 for the last 6 years?

This happened to me too. After about two/three weeks of them defending the claim I have just received a court date of 9th July 2007.
Very scary at this point though.. At least I have a deadline. I also have to pay another £100 for allocation fee.:eek:0
