You are completely right! All banks are the same This country is high in debt But the only people that but us there is the bloody banks They love people like me and you getting these charges then they see how much trouble you are in and there way of helping you is to offer you a loan or put your overdraft up and put you in more and more debt!
Do they not realise i am all for getting charged for going over my overdraft after all its my fault but the prices these banks charge for this service is extreme as im sure you all agree i am hoping that all this media and all the banks are paying out at the moment will give them a kick up the backside what they need to reduce these charges to an affordable amount its all about us all sticking together MANPOWER!!0 -
I was having exactly the same problems earlier today, but I had recived judgement in my favour (due to no defence). In the end I spoke to customer services who found me a back door way to the Andover recovry centre. They then gave me the number of their solicitors ( 01273 205381) who were very helpful - BUT this may have been because of where my case has got to.
IMHO, if you feel you have been waiting too long, go to MCOL and issue the claim.
I haven't recieved anything since , im sorry to here about your complaint letter in the beginning . they haven't acknowledged my claim from the court so ive started judgement. do you think i should contact Lloydstsb0 -
i was wondering if anybody had a differant number than the 01264 numbers to get threw to speak to somebody having no luck at all with these numbers can anybody help?0

I had my request for judgment returned to me on Saturday ( i had originally submitted it on 9th May). the court wanted me to explain the discrepancy in amounts on N1 form and judgment request. i sent it off today.
i rang the court to ask if lloyds had submitted a defence and the lady told me that lloyds had acknowledged the claim yesterday 13 days late! and that if they submit a defence before my letter and judgment request get back there the court will have to consider it!
I thought i was almost home and dry! but now it seems the race is just begining!
Any thoughts?0 -

You cannot claim the overdraft usage fee or overdraft interest but you can claim
unpaid D/D
unpaid S/O
unpaid cheque
overdraft excess fee.
Hope that helps and good luck.

Thanks,thought it was.
Im stuck with filling in the EX160 form if theres anyone around to help I would be really grateful...
Where it says the title or number of the form that you would like the court to issue? Is this N1? I am not 100% certain of that cos as Im sending my completed N1 form off with this one so..?
Also...my N1 form...what do you put where it asks for the value? Is it total amount inc interest? Can someone please write out an example of what to write in this space if its not too much botherAnd also for particulars of claim? Im not this thick really honest, just this court thing is muddlin my head!
