    i was about to take lloyds to court, but as this letter arrived saturday i didnt need to, i sent them my 3rd letter giving them 14 days to reply it went over by a week,when i recieved the offer from them:rotfl:

    send lloyds an email letting them know your not happy with the service they are providing and the time they take to reply ,i also did this 2 days before the last letter came from them,

    anyway good luck and hope your hear from them soon

    My claim is now in the hands of lloyds solictors, i have had no offer of 750 like some people, im quite willing to accept a slightly less an=mount that what i am claiming for as i really need the money, should i call their solicitos and see if they would make an offer or just bide my time, the first 14 days they have on mcol is up on 30th month and as far as i can see they have donenothing about it yet (if am looking on the right place) if you think i should call and basically bargain with them does anyone have the number!!

  • Currently trying to claim over £2000 with Lloyds , sent first 2 letters and did speak to someone by phone who has said they are re-assessing my case (this after the automated blah-blah letter etc...) .. have now been waiting sometime though and cannot for the life of me get through on the andover number , same thing every time 'we are experiencing a high volume of calls......' , 'leave a message (then mailbox is full)' ....does anyone have any other ideas how to contact one of these guys???

    you can email lloyds on there web page https://www.lloydstsb.co.uk , then click on banking and contact us... , thats what i did.

    found 3 different telephone numbers for lloyds tsb andover
    1) 01264 834307
    2) 01264 832297
    3) 01264 725214
