Well spoke to SC & M, gave details - women wasnt in best mood "said we have thousands of judgments we are dealing with" and i said "yes but im only interested in 1 - mine" , so she went away for 1 min and came back and said do you still have an account with us, i said yes, she said it'll be in your bank within 5 working days, i questioned this saying this has been said before to other peopl and it doesnt happen, she said that is what i have been told, so took her name and faxed them a letter over stating i expect paying within 5 working days as per tel conversation with xxxx, failure to do this will result in enforcment being made blah blah blah - bascially covering all angles, saying any problems to call me by monday other wise i expect everything to go into account.

judgment was dated 9th - think faxing over the letter on 15th has maybe got me nearer top of pile letting them know i know the score (even if its only from my friend and not myself)

however we'll see if money is paid into my account - i'll wait with bated breath

    hi
can anyone help me in this situation..............
I am already in debt problems and currently with PayPlan on a DMP plan.

I was banking with Barclays with owing debt of £1750.87,Barclays has already close my account dut before that i had already opened up new account with Lloydstsb bank with no overdraft facilities.

I had overdrawn couple of times and got charged £35 each time getting overdrawn. So far in total they over a period i worked out they have charged me £165.If i put a reclaim of the charges are they likely to close my account as i have all my wages and direct debts going from account.

    anyboby please help!!!

    Hi

I sent mine to my bank who forwarded them on to Birmingham - so you may as well cut your bank out. That dept log and then forward on to Andover!

    Hope that helps.

  • Hi

Just thought Id post to say I won my case with Lloyds today!

I had my court date for next friday, but got a letter today from their solicitors paying in full - woohoo.....:j :j :j

Started my claim on 1st Jan as my new years resolution - and finally got there today - £1200 better off!

so the moral of my story is claim, claim, claim and dont panic about court (like I did!!)
