I started mid january and have stuck to all time scales even borrowing money from my mum to pay for MCOL so its not that i've stopped and started. In my first letter i asked them for 1/2 of charges for quick payout, 2nd letterasked for all of it and then obviously now at court stage want the interest too. You know i am fed up with this cause when they take your charges they give you 14 days not 7 months to put the money in, and i tell you what when i get in that court room i'm gonna take evidence of how inconsistant lloyds are with these claims, why is there no 1st come 1st served
sorry i don't mean that against our fellow claimers but when you haven't recieved this £750 and some have youhave to ask why??? don't ya Jen0 -
In the letter I said that I am aware that these go to courts and that banks pay up a day before - so maybe a bit of phycology will work.0

Hi , I have been claiming for 3 accounts from Lloyds one of which my son ( on a student loan was charged £125 for being overdrawn by £4 ridiculous. Yesterday i got 3 letters saying that they thought the charges were reasonable and have started calling their charges "service charges" They quote" We feel it is fair " . So i carried on re Martin and returned 3 template letters and calculations and have given them 14 days to respond before i hit the court trail. I must admit a little apprehensive after yesterdays court ruling for the poor man that lost, however they are small claims and unlikely to incurr repayable costs if i lose. But I,m not giving in . Carry on, dont let them get away with it ! :grouphug:0

Oh I was feeling left out and thought they were purposely ignoring me !! After 3 letters all sent recorded delivery and not a reply to one, I filed my claims at local court on tuesday, well Lloyds decided to send me a standard letter from Andover this morning stating charges are fair bla bla bla, too late though but at least they've aknowledged my letters now even if they were sent last month .........
